RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your SCM Swim pieces as much as we loved creating them. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned with the protective hygienic liner fully intact and attached

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to inventory availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SCM Swim is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@scmswim.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
